The Veridian Ethos

Veridian—a deep blue-green shade first introduced in the 1860s—derives from the Latin word viridis, meaning "green." This color embodies nature, tranquility, and sophistication. Our name reflects this philosophy: the blue symbolizes trust, clarity, and the vast possibilities of global connection, while green represents growth, harmony, and environmental stewardship.

Martin Kocher

Managing Partner

Martin is an international business advisor and project development consultant specializing in real estate investment, corporate structuring, and market entry across global growth markets. As Managing Partner of Veridian Global Partners, he advises businesses and investors on cross-border transactions, corporate structures, and accessing growth opportunities across the Middle East, Africa, and North America. With extensive experience in capital markets, Martin has worked with leading investment institutions in the UAE's financial free zones and is active in project development across the real assets sector, particularly in real estate development and mining. He holds an M.Sc. in International Business & Business Analytics with Distinction from Hult International Business School and a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Martin is based between Dubai and the United States.

Logan McLaughlin

Real Estate Development & Construction

Logan is a real estate development and construction professional with six years of experience spanning commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects across the United States. He has contributed to ground-up developments as large as 408 units, with project experience across California, Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Florida, and North Carolina. Alongside his development career, Logan is co-founder of MAC Property Management and MAC Builders, through which he leads acquisition, construction oversight, and asset management for a growing private portfolio. He has self-managed rental properties since 2022 and brings an owner-operator perspective to every project he touches. Logan collaborates with select partners on development and investment opportunities where his technical and operational expertise adds direct value. Logan is a civil engineer and graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and currently resides in Palo Alto, California.

Stewart Kirkham

Real Estate & Development Strategy

Stewart Kirkham is a real estate and development strategist based in Dubai, with 27 years of international experience spanning the Middle East and the United States. His career covers mixed-use, hospitality, retail, and residential projects, including a USD $6 billion regeneration of downtown Doha and the turnaround of a waterfront resort community whose earnings more than tripled under his direction. Through his own consultancy, MeridianValue Advisory, he guides developers, family offices, and boards through strategy, planning, and execution, taking projects from first concept to fully operating assets. Stewart is part of the Veridian Global Partners expert group while remaining fully independent, contributing technical depth and on-the-ground delivery to cross-border project development in real assets. He holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
